Yoga and mindfulness can have a positive impact on all areas of your life. I have used yoga and wellness practices to overcome and manage anxiety and depression in my own life and have seen first hand the positive change a wellness focused life can create. It is my goal to help clients overcome their own challenges using yoga, mindfulness and wellness philosophy and principles – both on and off the yoga mat – through one-on-one, personalized private programming and practices.
